Shipping and Delivery Policy
In order to guarantee the lowest prices and high-quality products in the market, we ship our products directly from the factory to your doorstep. For this reason, our products are sourced from our international suppliers (Sweden, USA, Asia, and Europe).
The delivery time to any location is from 8 to 25 business days after the factory dispatch. This timeframe may vary depending on the efficiency of the postal service and customs. In the event of delays or unforeseen circumstances in the origin country (factory), such as strikes, the delivery time may be extended by an additional 15 business days.
Please note that all orders come with a tracking code. If the tracking is not functioning on our website, please contact us. The tracking code may take 3 to 7 days to be updated in the system from the posting date.
We are not responsible if the product cannot be delivered to the recipient due to an incorrectly filled delivery address on our website during checkout. We will provide a full refund for purchases that go missing.
It is important that you provide the means for the successful delivery to the address registered in your order.
There is no possibility of a refund if the order is returned to our Distribution Center because the consumer was unable to retrieve it from the local post office.
